COVID-19 Health & Safety Acknowledgement

To help safeguard your health and wellbeing as well as that of your fellow guests and Cox & Kings staff, we are asking all guests to accurately attest to their fitness to travel and agree to comply with all health requirements and protocols on your Cox & Kings journey.

Please note that health protocols are subject to change and may be updated at any time before or even during your journey. You will be advised of any changes upon arrival and/or during travel, as appropriate. This Health & Safety Acknowledgement forms part of your booking terms & conditions.

TAILOR-MADE & SMALL GROUP JOURNEYS

I agree to comply with all country entry requirements up to and including providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination valid for travel on this journey, and to complete any COVID-19 testing required at my own expense.

I agree that if I test positive for COVID-19 during the 14 days prior to our Cox & Kings departure, I will notify Cox & Kings and acknowledge that I will not be able to participate in the journey. I understand that standard cancellation terms will apply.

I agree that if I have any symptoms of COVID-19 (high fever, cough, shortness of breath or other COVID-19 symptoms recognized by the WHO) or am in close contact with anyone exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19 during the 14 days prior to our Cox & Kings departure, I will voluntarily take a COVID-19 PCR test and travel only upon receipt of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

I agree to take personal responsibility for my own health and wellbeing, maintain adequate physical distancing in shared spaces, frequently wash or sanitize my hands and follow all local health protocols as well as the health and safety instructions of Cox & Kings staff. I agree to wear a mask in accordance with local regulations and service provider requirements. I understand that noncompliance with these measures by myself or my travelling party will result in our party not being able to continue on the Cox & Kings journey.

I understand that Cox & Kings cannot guarantee that I, or those I’m travelling with, will not become exposed to or infected with COVID-19. I understand that the risk of becoming infected by COVID-19 on a Cox & Kings trip may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to Cox & Kings staff, service providers and other travellers. I agree to hold Cox & Kings harmless and voluntarily assume all risks and related expenses in the event that I, or any member of my travelling party, require testing, quarantine or become infected with COVID-19.
