Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update – 14 May 2020

In light of the current travel advice put in place by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) as well as widespread travel restrictions around the world, we are currently supporting our clients who are due to travel in the coming weeks.

We have cancelled all holidays departing before 30 June 2020. If your trip has been affected, one of our team will have been in touch directly to discuss the various options available to you.

Looking for a refund for a cancelled holiday?

In most cases, our clients are rebooking for a future date, but if you choose to be refunded we will process your refund as quickly as we can. Hopefully you’ll understand this will take longer than usual and we are working through these requests in date order.

Have a holiday booked to travel from 1 July 2020?

In most cases, we hope that your travel plans will be unaffected. However, as the situation is changing all the time, we will be in touch closer to your departure date should your holiday plans be affected.

Thank you in advance for your support and understanding during this challenging time.

Cox & Kings is an ABTA bonded tour operator and as such we are guided by the information provided to us by ABTA, ATOL and the latest government advice.
