Rocky Mountaineer rail journeys

One of the most spectacular rail experiences in the world, the Rocky Mountaineer passes craggy, snow-capped mountains, dense forests and crystal clear waters, taking you through some of the most stunning scenery in Canada.

Routes vary from a 3.5-hour journey from Vancouver to Whistler, to the classic 2-day journeys between Vancouver and the Canadian Rocky mountain towns of Jasper, Banff or Lake Louise. These can also be taken in the opposite direction.

During the journey, your dedicated hosts will provide commentary and storytelling. The train travels at reduced speeds and only during the day, providing you the opportunity to take in breathtaking scenery. Service levels on board ranges from SilverLeaf with oversized domed windows and in-seat service, to GoldLeaf with bi-level dome coaches, offering unparalleled panoramic views from your seat in the upper level and gourmet dining in the lower level.
