Abu Dhabi holidays

Abu Dhabi city is a sophisticated and modern cosmopolitan metropolis with a wide diversity of cultures. The city is the capital of the emirate of Abu Dhabi and lies on a T-shaped island less than a quarter-kilometre from the mainland to which it is joined by the Maqta and Musaffah Bridges. Parts of Abu Dhabi were settled as far back as the 3rd millennium BC, but today the city is full of broad boulevards, tall office and apartment buildings, and busy shops. Known in the region for its greenery, the former desert strip today includes numerous parks and gardens.
