Situated at the foothills of the Aravalli Hills, the town of Jojawar is an excellent place to take a break from the hectic pace of travel in India. It is located approximately 140km north of Udaipur and is surrounded by lakes, hills and rugged countryside. Once the garrison town for the royal house of Marwar, Jojawar is home to the Rebari people, renowned for their camel herds.
