The Aguada Hermitage was specially built as a retreat for the Commonwealth Heads of Government. Perched atop a hill above the Fort Aguada, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea from many of the rooms. The accommodation is comprised of one, two and three-bedroom villas, each with a private veranda. The Aguada hermitage shares restaurant facilities with both the Fort Aguada and Taj Holiday Village, where dining ranges from Goan, Indian, Thai and Continental cuisine, as well as seafood barbeques. Other facilities such as the swimming pool and health clubs are also shared with the Fort Aguada and Taj Holiday Village.
