Tainan holidays

Tainan is Taiwan’s oldest city and the fourth largest urban centre on the island. With a long history involving the Dutch, Japanese and Chinese the city has many ancient relics to explore including forts, temples and churches – many dating back 300 years. Tainan has always maintained a rich tradition of arts and is home to some of the finest examples of Taiwanese architecture. Wander through the narrow lanes to discover courtyards, walled garden, chic cafes and sedate teahouses.
