The hotels Pomelo restaurant epitomises this approach, serving organic fruits and vegetables, seafood, meat and poultry, with a cellar specialising in organic wines.
The spa menu offers more than 100 treatments from Ayurvedic therapies, acupuncture and Malay healing rituals to contemporary spa services such as massages and facials. Staff are skilled in tailoring wellness programmes personal to your requirements.
