Aburaya Tousen is a stylish ryokan in Yudanaka, offering a range of modern Japanese and western-style guestrooms. The ryokan is built on the site of an oil merchant's store that traded during the Edo Period (1603 - 1867): the 'Abura' in Aburaya come from the Japanese word for oil. There are a range of spa facilities available with several different kinds of hot spring baths (onsen), including a large, indoor communal pool with a view of the Yomasegawa river, open-air pools and waterfall showering baths.
