Transfer to the train station and board the Al Andalus for 6 nights. After check in, spend the late morning and afternoon visiting Seville before a welcome cocktail on board, followed by dinner as you travel towards Jerez. Overnight on board the train. (L, D)
This morning visit a wine cellar in Jerez then watch How the Andalucían Horses Dance, a celebrated equestrian ballet with Spanish music. Lunch in the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, overlooking the salt marshes of Doñana National Park and the mouth of the Guadalquivir river. Transfer back to Jerez. Continue to Cádiz, one of the oldest cities in Europe. On arrival, take a tour of the city followed by time at leisure. Return to the Al Andalus for lunch and your journey to Ronda. Dinner and overnight on board the train. (B, L, D)
After breakfast, take a tour of Ronda, set on a spectacular plateau cut dramatically in two by a gorge - the deep Tajo de Ronda. There will be time at leisure in the town before lunch. Spend the morning touring the 13th-century Alhambra, a complex of palaces, gardens and fortified walls that housed the Nasrid rulers from the Kingdom of Granada. After lunch, spend some time at leisure to discover this beautiful city at your own pace. Enjoy the evening atmosphere of the city over dinner. Overnight on board the train. (B, L, D)
This morning the Al Andalus train takes you to the Linares-Baeza station, where you will join a coach to the Unesco-listed Renaissance towns of Ubeda and Baeza. After lunch, return to the train for the journey to Córdoba. Dinner and overnight in Córdoba. (B, L, D)
After breakfast on board, visit Córdoba, the former capital of Islamic Spain and once the largest and most cultured city in western Europe. Enjoy lunch on the train as it makes its way back to Seville, where you will disembark and continue to the Hospes Las Casas Del Rey De Baeza for 1 night. (B, L)

This luxurious train offers either a 7-day itinerary through the magnificent Andalucían cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba or a 6-day itinerary from Seville to Madrid. The train features carriages dating back to 1929. Accommodation is in Standard or Superior suites. All suites have private bathrooms and air conditioning. During the day the beds can fold into comfortable sofas so that each suite becomes a private lounge. There are four lounge cars including a restaurant car and all have large windows to reveal the passing scenery.
