Set atop the Cerro del Emperador (Emperor's Hill) in the south of Toldeo, the Parador de Toledo is a converted manor house offering wonderful views of the city. The spacious interiors feature high, beamed ceilings and are furnished with rugs, copperware and decorative tiles that recall the Moorish influences of the area. In a prime position next to Ronda's famous Puente Nuevo Bridge and close to the Town centre, the Parador de Ronda was built in 1761. The hotel occupies the former Town Hall. Its setting offers excellent views of the 'Cut', the river gorge below. It has 70 rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, bar and an Andalusian restaurant to sample the local traditional dishes.
Located in the grounds of the Alhambra, the Parador de Granada is situated in a 15th century converted convert.
