Haro holidays

Haro is a town known for its fine red wine, which is central to life in the region. The vines are an important part of the local landscape and the majority of the vineyards are open for visits. It is also architecturally very interesting, with many exquisite buildings, including the Basilica of Nuestra Senora de Haro, with its Baroque high altar; the Baroque Palace of the Counts of Haro; the 16th century Beldana Palace, a good example of Spanish Plateresque and Santo Tomas Church.
