Irkutsk holidays

Irkutsk is one of the largest city in Siberia and the capital of the Irkutsk region. The history of the city can be traced back to the beginning of the 17th century, but the town came to prominence with the introduction of the Trans-Siberian railway and the exile of members of the Decembrist Revolt. Today, the town is a thriving city and a popular tourist spot due to its proximity to Lake Baikal.
