The Palacio da Lousa is located in the Unesco listed 18th-century palace of the Salazares family. The property once hosted the commander of the Napoleonic troops, Marechal Massena, who was forced to leave hurriedly due to a surprise English attack. Set among beautiful gardens with picturesque views of the Lousa mountains, the property offers 46 elegantly decorated rooms with wooden floors and ceilings, and equipped with satellite television, minibar, in-room safe, air conditioning and wireless internet access.
