Cefalu With the 12th century cathedral built by Roger II as it centre point, the town of Cefalu is charming small town located on the northern coast of Sicily. The grid system of narrow lanes and alleys start at the cathedral and proceed to the sea front with its excellent beach. There is a large number of churches, each with its own unique design corresponding to the Saint to which the church is dedicated.
