Converted into a luxury hotel in 1911, Hotel Zoo was the hotel of choice for film stars during the Berlin Film festival in the 1950's. A complete renovation from the American design team Dayna Lee and Ted Berner has returned the property back to its previous prestige. The spacious guestrooms feature contemporary furniture, which are mixed with mementoes from the hotel's past. At the heart of the hotel is the Living room, which has a five metre long open fireplace and a seven metre-high ceiling with exquisite molding.
