Fly to Yerevan
Fly from London (regional connections available) to Yerevan, via Paris, with Air France. Transfer to the Tufenkian Historic Yerevan Hotel (or similar) for 3 nights. (N)

Yerevan
Tour the Armenian capital, visiting Republic Square, the Museum of Ancient Manuscripts, the Armenian Genocide memorial complex, and Ararat brandy factory. Dinner at a local restaurant with a folk music performance. (B, L, D)
Ejmiatsin • Zvartnots • Yerevan
Visit the Unesco world heritage-listed Ejmiatsin Cathedral. Continue to Zvartnots temple, built in the seventh century. After lunch at a local restaurant, return to Yerevan and visit the Megerian carpet factory, where you will also have dinner. (B, L, D)
Khor Virap • Yeghegnadzor • Noravank • Goris
Drive to Khor Virap monastery and enjoy spectacular views of Mount Ararat. Continue to a nearby house for a culinary class, making Armenian vodka and gata (pastry). On to Noravank monastery, dating from the 13th century and situated among sheer rocks in a twisty gorge. Finish in Goris for dinner and stay at the Mirhav Hotel (or similar). (B, L, D)
Tatev • Selim • Sevan • Dilijan
After breakfast, drive to the ninth-century Tatev monastic complex, reached by the world's longest double-track cable car. Continue to the Selim caravanserai. After lunch continue to Dilijan. Dinner and overnight at the Tufenkian Old Dilijan Complex. (B, L, D)
Garni • Geghard • Yerevan
Drive to Garni, a pagan temple dating from the first century AD. Continue to Geghard monastery. Visit a local house to make traditional lavash bread. Return to Yerevan. (B, L, D)
Fly to London
Early transfer to Yerevan airport and fly to London, via Paris, with Air France. (B)
