Sitting in the tranquil hills above the Copan valley, Hacienda San Lucas is a rustic but charming 100-year-old, family-owned house situated directly above the world-renowned Mayan ruins of Copan. Rooms are simply furnished and lighting is provided by solar lamps and candles. While atmospheric, this means actual illumination is very dim in the evenings and at night.
