Sanctuary Kichikani offers year round migration viewing as it continuously follows the migration as it moves around the Serengeti. Generally, the camp will be located in the western Serengeti from April to July, northern Serengeti from August to November and then the southern Serengeti from December to March each year, depending on the migration movements. With just 10 luxury safari tents, guests can truly live among the migration. The large and comfortable communal tents have a dining area, lounge area and lounge bar where pre-dinner drinks are served. All of the main areas have breath taking views of the surrounding scenery. Comfortable sofa spots are also set up around the camp to afford viewpoints. Wildlife drives offer the opportunity to get even closer to the Migration experience and should you wish, a full day out in the bush on safari can be arranged. The bird life is particularly rich on the forest edge where woodpeckers and brightly-coloured kingfishers can often be seen.
