They are open fronted, with a dressing room and an upstairs relaxation deck complete with daybed. The adjoining bathroom, accessible via a short boardwalk, have flush toilet and a hot powerful shower.
In the centre of the beach is the camp's double-storey dining and lounge area, which also has a library and upstairs viewing deck, and set amongst the vegetation and rocks, is the sunset bar. Daily activities from the camp include walks into the forest in search of chimps and other animals such as bushbuck, bush pig and leopard, bird watching, swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, fishing in the lake, sundowners on the dhow and private barefoot dinners on the beach.
