Situated in one of the most scenic parts of Namibia, here you can come into close contact with nature itself. Hundreds of species of birds and mammals can be sighted, including elephant, black and white rhino, hippo, giraffe and numerous antelope ranging from the majestic kudu to the diminutive Damaraland dik-dik. Predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah also roam this area. Gameviewing is conducted from open safari vehicles and on foot, accompanied by experienced guides. "Etjo" means a place of refuge and here accommodation is provided in the Main Lodge in rooms with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom furnished with large round bathtub, private dining and sitting room, as well as a private garden with Jacuzzi, or in accommodation furnished with double bed, en-suite shower and toilet facility, and a private garden with the option of using a whirlpool. Dinners are served in the Lapa, around a campfire.
