Meno A Kwena Tented Camp is located on the banks of the Boteti Riverbed on the western boundary of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park. The camp is quite rustic with mini meru walk-in tents with 2 single safari beds and bedrolls made up with sheets and blankets. Each tent has a bucket shower and flushable toilet. The main tent comprises a living area, library, bar and open plan kitchen/dining tent. All meals are cooked over the campfire by the chef. In terms of game, the wildebeest and zebra migration concentrates along the Boteti during the dry season (May to November). Resident and nomadic wildlife includes the big cats, impala, kudu, warthog, monkeys, jackal and occasionally wild dog, elephant and giraffe. The bird life is excellent along the riverine woodlands of acacia, lead wood and terminalia. Activities include game drives to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Makgadikgadi Pans Game Reserve, Nzai Pans and around the Boteti River all within two hours drive of the camp.
