Located on the waterfront near to Perce and offering direct access to the beach, Riotel Perce is a comfortable property, just a short drive from the town centre. Many of the St. Lawrence lighthouses are more imposing, but few have more charm than Phare du Pot a l'Eau-de-Vie Lighthouse. Abandoned in 1964, 102 years after it was first commissioned, the property was restored in 1989, turning it into a cosy inn with three attractive rooms furnished in the spirit of the 19th century. It is a classified federal heritage building.
