Morning guided tour of the Unesco-listed Palace of Venaria, a complex of monumental buildings making up one of the largest palaces in the world. It houses baroque artworks and fine landscaped gardens. Return to Alba for an afternoon of wine and chocolate tasting near the hotel. (B)Day 6: Asti • Mombaldone
Optional morning tour of Asti, famous for its medieval architecture including the octagonal Tower de Regibus and the 13th-century cathedral.
