Web only - Pinnacles, New Norcia & Wildflowers - From Perth

| May 15, 2020

Just over two hours from Perth, Nambung National Park is home to the Pinnacles desert, where huge mystical limestone pillars are scattered across the landscape. Believed to have formed between 25,000 and 30,000 years ago, some of these incredible structures stand as high as five metres tall. On the way back to Perth a visit can be made to New Norcia, first settled as a mission town to the region's Aboriginal population, and Australia's only monastic town. Between August and December beautiful wild flowers flourish in this area. Share:
