HD Tour of Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocide

| May 15, 2020

The haunting Tuol Seng Museum of Genocide is situated in central Phnom Penh in a former school building. The school was used as a prison during the rule of Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge and has been left as a reminder for future generations. The exhibits can be upsetting, but it does offer an insight into Cambodia’s recent history and the message now is of reconciliation and renewal. It may also be possible to meet with one of the few remaining survivors, Chum Mey, to hear his first-hand account of the brutality inflicted.
