| May 15, 2020

Take a tour of the scenic Cape Peninsula and learn about the art of photography as you go. Suitable for all levels of photographers, from novice to pro, you will be accompanied by a skilled guide who will assist you with capturing some superb images, and teach you a few new skills along the way. Unlike other Cape Peninsula tours, this particular routing is designed to maximise optimum lighting conditions, taking you on a relaxed and unhurried tour of the right places at the right times, and making the most of the photo opportunities along the way. Head out to Muizenberg, using the fabulous technicolour Bathing Boxes as the subject matter, where your guide will demonstrate a few techniques to master and practice throughout the day. A Samsung NX300 digital camera is available to you (at no extra cost) for the duration of the day, or you can use your own SLR camera or even the camera on your phone. Other highlights include a laid-back lunch in Kalk Bay with its working fishing harbour, antique shops and galleries, as well as visits to Fish Hoek, Boulders Beach and its African penguin colony, the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and the breathtaking Chapman's Peak Drive. Return via the Atlantic seaboard and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. This excursion can also be taken as a scheduled small group tour departing from the V&A Hotel on the Waterfront (excludes hotel transfers) and requires a minimum of 2 passengers.
