FD culinary tour of Seoul
Visit the Korean Cooking Institution, where you will learn to prepare and cook two types of Korean cuisine: bulgogi, or 'fire meat', which is generally marinated and grilled beef; and pajeon, pancake-like dishes made with spring onion. Combine this cooking experience with a visit to the Kimchi Museum (Kimchikan), which celebrates this celebrated Korean dish of fermented and seasoned vegetables. There are displays of historical relics related to kimchi, mock-ups of the kimchi-making process, and information about the kimchi fermentation process. The museum also offers a hands-on kimchi-making experience where you can prepare this traditional dish yourself.
