A tale of three Islands is a combination of Seychelles' most famous island highlights. The first stop today is a one-hour guided tour of Cousin Island, a picturesque reserve for a wide range of fauna, including doves and giant tortoises. It is also a conservation success story that has rescued important endemic wildlife from extinction. After exploring Cousin, continue to Curieuse Island, located off Praslin's northern coast. Curieuse is the only place, apart from the Vallée de Mai, where the legendary Coco de Mer grows wild. Here, spend some time swimming and relaxing before enjoying a tasty BBQ lunch on the beach. After lunch, take a one-hour guided tour through Curieuse's nature reserve, visiting the ruins of its ancient leper colony and the newly refurbished 'Doctor's House', which is now a charming museum. The island trail meanders through a mangrove forest teeming with wildlife towards the impressive lagoon of Baie Laraie where you may see small sharks and turtles. Leaving Curieuse behind, visit Sainte Pierre for a wonderful snorkelling experience to see a myriad of fish and colourful coral formations. Return to Praslin late this afternoon. Tour operates on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Aride is quite simply a nature lover's paradise and one of the major sea bird nesting sites in the entire Indian Ocean. It is home to no less than 10 different sea bird species and has the world's largest colony of lesser noddy terns. Upon arrival from Praslin, you will join a two-hour guided tour to the island's hilltop from where you can look down upon the spectacle of thousands of nesting sea birds. During the tour you will be introduced to Aride's unique flora and rare endemic species, including the delightful Wright's gardenia. Descending the scenic hillside path, you will arrive at one of the islands' secluded beaches in time for a delicious BBQ lunch. After lunch you will have the opportunity to continue your trail of discovery, snorkel offshore to explore Aride's incredible underwater world, where over 80 different species of fish have been sighted, or simply relax in peace. Later this afternoon you will return to Praslin. Tour departs Wednesday and Sunday.

After a delicious BBQ lunch on the beach, depart for Coco Island, one of Seychelles' most spectacular landmarks. Here you will have the opportunity of an hour's snorkelling to see the islet's vibrant marine world, with colourful corals and reef fish. After your visit to this aquarium you will return to Praslin by boat. Tour departs 9am - 4.30pm Monday and Thursday.

Each year some 250,000 birds nest on Cousin, which is one of three islands where the Seychelles fody is to be found. Here, you will also discover the Seychelles sunbird, moor-hen and red turtle dove among the terns, frigates and shearwaters for whom the island is home. Departing from Praslin's Côte d'Or, you will arrive at this pristine sanctuary by boat, taking in the splendour of Cousin and its nearby twin, Cousine Island. Upon arrival, you join a one hour guided tour through the island followed by an opportunity to enjoy the excellent swimming at your leisure. Return from Cousin to Praslin in the early afternoon. After some fish feeding, you will embark on a unique snorkelling adventure through the varied habitats of the coral reef. After a freshly prepared Creole buffet lunch on either Cerf or Moyenne Island, the rest of the afternoon is at leisure to explore the island, sunbathe on the white sand beaches or take a refreshing dip in the clear waters. Here, in landscaped gardens bordering imposing granite boulders and the equally magnificent 'Emmanuelle' House where the famous film of the same name was made, you will learn how 'coprah', the succulent flesh of the coconut, is dried and its perfumed oil extracted. Continue to Anse Source d'Argent, the world's most photographed beach, which has played host to scenes from films such as 'Pirates' and 'Castaway' as well as to adverts for Bacardi, Carling and Bounty. The combination of turquoise shallow waters, fringed by exquisite granite rocks, is certainly a sight to take anyone's breath away. After lunch in one of the island's traditional restaurants take a scenic journey to the beaches of Grand Anse or Anse Severe where you will while away the afternoon at leisure. Alternatively, from the moment you arrive on La Digue, you may decide to set out on your own individual voyage of discovery and explore the island by bicycle at your leisure, taking in as many places of interest as your wish. Once on La Digue, visit l'Union Estate, which will reveal the secrets of how coconut oil is made. You will also have the opportunity of seeing the giant tortoise pen and taking in the architectural splendour of the Plantation House as well as visiting Anse Source D'Argent, with its extraordinary beaches, framed by turquoise waters and age-old granite boulders. After a delicious Creole buffet lunch, enjoy an afternoon at leisure on the beach before again taking to the ocean for the return journey to Praslin. Covering an area of 6 hectares, the garden is beautiful with huge granite boulders integrated into the landscape. Discover 500 different species of exotic and native plants, as well as a large number of birds, insects, mammals, reptiles and fish. Continue to nearby Bel Air, to visit the cemetery, which is the oldest historic site in Seychelles. The cemetery's tombs, vaults and shrines contain the remains of some of the islands' most famous personalities including the nine-foot giant Charles Dorothée Savy, who was poisoned at the age of 14 by neighbours fearful of his height. Leaving Victoria, head towards Mission Lodge, the site of the old school for freed slave children. Then, taking a leisurely drive through the quaint villages and hamlets to the south of the island arriving at the Pineapple Studio where the owner will show you craftsmen producing various arts and silkscreen prints. Continue to Cap Lazare Nature Reserve where you will be welcomed with a fresh fruit juice, followed by a specially prepared Creole buffet served right on the private beach front. After lunch explore the reserve and relax on the beach before heading back to the airport. En route there will be a brief stop at a local arts and crafts centre to see how the local crafts are produced. Return to Praslin by plane. This tour departs on Wednesday and Saturday.
