BOOKING A PRIVATE JOURNEY
Step 1: Before Making a Private Journey Booking
All the services required for a Cox & Kings Private Journey are requested once a completed booking form has been received. Therefore, prior to making a Private Journey booking it is important that you contact our Reservations department. Our Tour Consultants will be able to advise you about any departure date restrictions (e.g. relating to flight schedules), discuss any amendments or additions you might like to make to the itinerary, note any special requests you may have and talk you through other important information relating to your chosen holiday.
Step 2: Contacting The Reservations Department
Telephone: 020 7873 5000
E-Mail: sales@coxandkings.co.uk
Office Opening Hours: 09.00 - 18.00 Mon - Fri
09.30 - 13.00 Sat
If you would like to visit our central London offices to book your holiday it is recommended that make an appointment with a Tour Consultant in advance. A map showing the location of our offices can be found here .
Step 3: Completing a Booking Form
Once you have finalised the holiday you wish to book you will need to read and agree to our Booking Conditions and then complete and return a booking form. If you have a Cox & Kings brochure you will find the booking form at the back. Alternatively, you can follow this link to a Booking Form
For a reservation to be valid you will need to include a deposit payment (15% of the total holiday cost, or £150 per person, whichever is greater). If you are booking within eight weeks of departure you will need to send full payment at the time of booking.
If you would like Cox & Kings to assist with handling visa requests (where applicable), or if you would like to purchase Cox & Kings' Travel Insurance , you should also include payment for these services at the time of booking.
Step 4: Confirmation
On receipt of your booking form Cox & Kings will request the various services that will make up your holiday and send you a confirmation invoice.
If any of the services requested are unavailable, you will be contacted by your Tour Consultant to discuss suitable alternatives.
