Deco on 44, Galle

Located within the fortified city of Galle, Deco on 44 was originally built in the 1930s by a wealthy gem merchant. No two rooms in the hotel are the same and each has been restored keeping in mind the art deco theme of its original architects, but adding modern-day luxuries. Stylish, original staircases provide access to the upper floors as the property, being of a period style, has no lift. The facilities at the hotel include a swimming pool, all day dining and a Sheesha and Tapas Bar situated on the roof terrace.
