Morning tour of the ancient royal capital of
Inwa (Ava) by horse-cart, including a visit to
the Bagaya monastery. Afternoon tour of
Amarapura’s temples, handicraft workshops and
the Mahagandayon monastery. End the day
with a boat trip on Taungthaman lake to watch

Board the RV Paukan or a Pandaw vessel for a 2-night cruise to Pagan. Afternoon visit to the

numerous monasteries and nunneries.

Disembark in Pagan this morning and transfer

demonstration followed by lunch. Late
afternoon excursion to one of Pagan’s temples
