Begin your tour in the city known as the 'Gateway to the Arctic', Tromso. The starting point for many polar expeditions, the city is the world's northernmost university town and has a vivid cultural and pub life. This short 5-day / 4-night self-drive itinerary visits the capital of the arctic, Tromso, before heading south through stunning mountain ranges and across fjords to the beautiful Lofoton islands. The islands offer some of the breathtaking scenery found anywhere in Norway before returning back to Tromso for your flight back to London.
