Your visit will include a tasting of the southern Italian lemon liqueur, limoncello. Continue to the town of Amalfi, one of the most powerful maritime republics during the Renaissance. Visit the Arabic-Norman Sant’Andrea cathedral. (B)
Drive from Vico Equense to Ravello via the Monti Lattari mountain range, with a stop en route at a wine estate for a tasting. The hilltop village of Ravello is known for its stunning villas and terraced gardens. The 13th-century Villa Rufolo and the Villa Cimbrone with its spectacular belvedere, known as La Terrazza dell'Infinito, are particularly beautiful. Return to your hotel via the scenic coastal road.
