On arrival in Christchurch you will be met and
transferred to the Ibis Hotel for 1 night. In
the evening, join the rest of your group for a
welcome dinner. (D)
Morning panoramic tour of Christchurch. Later,
travel south to Lake Tekapo and view the pretty
Church of the Good Shepherd and alpine
scenery of Mount Cook National Park. On arrival
in Omarama, stay overnight at the Heritage
Gateway. (B, D)
small town of Oamaru en route to Dunedin. On
arrival you will have a panoramic tour of the city
followed by a visit to New Zealand’s only castle,
Larnach Castle. Stay overnight at the Kingsgate
Hotel. (B, D)
Travel into the world heritage Fiordland National
Park. During the journey you will pass forests,
lakes, waterfalls, glaciers and mountain ranges
before arriving at the dramatic Milford Sound.
On arrival, board the Milford Mariner* for an
overnight cruise on Milford Sound. (B, D)
In the morning, disembark the cruise and travel
to Te Anau for an excursion to the Te Anau glowworm
caves. Later continue to Queenstown and
stay 3 nights at the Copthorne Hotel & Resort
Queenstown Lakefront. (B, D)

optional tour or explore the town. (B)
Day at leisure. In the
evening you will ride the world’s steepest
gondola up to Skyline Restaurant for dinner on
Bob’s Peak. (B, D)
In the morning visit the historic gold-mining
town of Arrowtown before travelling north past
the lakes of Dunstain, Hawea and Wanaka en
route to Franz Josef, home to the striking Franz
Josef glacier. Stay overnight at the Scenic Hotel

Morning at leisure to
take an optional excursion to the glacier. Later
travel north to Punakaiki, a town famed for
its unusual Pancake Rocks and blowholes. En
route, visit a native greenstone (jade) factory
in Hokitika. On arrival stay overnight at the
Punakaiki Resort. (B, D)
This morning, travel north through the scenic
Buller Gorge en route to Nelson. On arrival, visit
the World of Wearable Art and Collectable Cars
museums. Stay 2 nights at the Grand Mercure
Monaco Resort. (B, D)
Day at leisure to relax or take an optional
excursion to nearby Abel Tasman National
Travel by Interislander ferry across the Cook
Straight to New Zealand’s capital, Wellington,
located in the south of North Island. On arrival,
take a panoramic city tour and a guided tour to
Te Papa, the national museum of New Zealand.
Stay 2 nights at the Travelodge Wellington. (B, D)

Transfer to Wellington airport this morning for
your flight home, or continue your holiday. (B)
