Arrive into Sydney and transfer to the Quay West Suites Sydney (twobedroom
suite) for 3 nights. Days at leisure. Optional excursions include
climbing Sydney Harbour Bridge, joining a harbour cruise in search of
whales, a jet boat tour around the harbour or learning how to surf from
the golden sands of Bondi Beach. (N)
Fly to Uluru and transfer to the Emu Walk Apartments (two-bedroom
apartment) for a 2-night stay. Take a trip through the desert landscapes
on camel-back, learn about Aboriginal traditions or watch the sun set
over the red rock of Uluru. Alternative accommodation options include
the luxurious tents at Longitude 131 or, for the more adventurous, sleep
under the stars in a swag (similar to a large sleeping bag). (N)
Fly to Cairns and transfer to Silky Oaks Lodge for 2 nights. This Luxury
Lodge of Australia has treehouse-style accommodation with views out
over the lush rainforest. Join included activities such as guided nature walks
through the rainforest, canoeing or snorkelling in the Mossman river. (B)
Transfer to the airport in Cairns for a flight to Hamilton Island for a
3-night stay at the Reef View Hotel (two-bedroom Terrace Suite). Island
activities include nature walks, off-road adventures and trips out to
the reef by boat or helicopter. Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards,
