It has come to our attention that a number of emails have been sent offering various jobs at Cox & Kings by someone calling themselves Henry Lowe claiming to be a manager at our office in London. These are fraudulent emails. We do not have an employee of this name, or vacancies of the type being offered. We would never contact people in this way, or ask for money to progress a job application. Any available positions are advertised on our website. We are doing everything we can to investigate this fraud and put a stop to it
Latin America sales consultant
An opportunity has arisen for a Tour Consultant to join our sales team. The position will include selling brochure tours as well as designing and costing tailor-made itineraries for independent travel to South & Central America. The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the region gained by relevant travel experience along with a passion to sell the destination.
Good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner are required. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure whilst maintaining a focus on excellent customer service. Applicants must be computer literate with good writing/keyboard skills. Previous travel sales experience is preferred. The salary is up to £27,000 per year depending on experience.
